Nick Vina has Retail outlets and wholesale customers with 4 Kitchens spread across Singapore. Breads manufacturing based on the customer demand is quite challenging and a lot of bread is getting wasted every day. Production preparation planning also became very difficult and last-minute staff identifying the required raw material is not available and ordering of raw materials and delivery makes the production process got delayed and as a result not able to server all customers on time.

All wholesale customers are sending orders with various modes like through WhatsApp/email/Phone and Fax etc. Consolidating all orders and preparing production and getting it delivered on time as become quite challenging

All the retail outlets and wholesale customers (B2B) started using this platform for ordering, such that all the orders created from various customers can be seen at Central Kitchen. 

In the same way all the suppliers from whom Nick Vina is purchasing Raw materials have started using the system, such that entire ordering and purchasing got streamlined.

All the orders placed from various outlets and Wholesale customers gets consolidated at Central Kitchen ERP. Based on the orders demand, systems calculate the required production to be prepared and also estimates the raw material required for Production preparation. Central Kitchen team can print the production preparation report and prepare the production. Once the product preparation is done inventory gets increased for finished product and raw material inventory gets decreased. After delivering the product to customers, the status gets updated in procure to pay and customer can accept the goods receipt. All the bread wastage happening at retail outlets can be tracked in system , so that all the inventory wastages can be tracked. Procure to pay and ERP are tightly integrated and end to end operations along with accounting and finance can be tracked with 100% visibility.
