The company provides fleet management, compliance, system integration, and insurance solutions. Netradyne caters to construction, oil and gas, trucking, passenger transit, and other sectors.

Bridge:

EmphoraSoft initiated a comprehensive overhaul. In project management, they established a structured plan, weekly status meetings, and facilitated document preparation and sign-offs. For revenue recognition, they set up streamlined processes for hardware/software/accessories, configured subsidiaries for USD, and mapped revenue recognition for different channels. Accounting and item setup for revenue recognition were optimized with rules for revenue streams and elements in contracts. Accessories billing and replacement billing were refined for end-to-end operations.

Pre-State:

Netradyne faced intricate challenges in their NetSuite Advanced Inventory and Advanced Financials modules. Project management lacked structure, and revenue recognition processes were fragmented, impacting Accounting and Item Setup for Revenue Recognition. Subsidiary configurations for USD were not optimized, and there was a need for enhanced process mapping for revenue recognition across various channels. Accessories billing and replacement billing lacked streamlined management, leading to inefficiencies in contract asset operations.

Post-State:

Post-EmphoraSoft’s intervention, Netradyne observed a remarkable transformation. Project management efficiency soared with structured plans and coordinated efforts. Revenue recognition processes were streamlined, with optimized setups and rules. Subsidiary configurations were enhanced, offering improved testing and custom reporting capabilities.

Accessories billing and replacement billing were now seamlessly managed, providing a more efficient end-to-end operation for contract assets within the NetSuite Advanced Inventory and Advanced Financials modules.
